Every time our AI processes an email — drafting a reply, summarizing a thread, or running a workflow — it consumes credits based on the number of tokens processed and which AI model is used. Lighter models use fewer credits per action, while more powerful models use more. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle, and you can choose the credit tier that fits your usage.
